Mummy boot camp is a weekly exercise class in Wanstead especially designed for new mums. The class includes many post-natal exercises and is a gentle and fun to regain your fitness level post-natal. It is enjoyable class and welcomes new mums of all fitness levels. A good way to meet other mums and some exercises are even designed to interact with your baby


Without buggy and baby!! But enjoyable! Jeannie is friendly, full of energy and really motivates you! Nice to workout in the outdoors and not a stuffy gym!


The best thing about Mummy Boot Camp is that we are able to take our children with us, otherwise I would have no opportunity to do any exercise like this. The class is relaxed and you are able to go at your own pace. I like the fact that we are outdoors so myself and my son get some fresh air


Mummy Boot Camp is a great way to help get rid of your post-baby belly whilst meeting like-minded mums. The babies love being outside in the fresh air and sometimes they join in too!

After having my son 9 weeks ago I was desperate to get back to exercising, not just to lose weight but to help me relax. Mummy Boot camp was perfect. It is wonderful being out in the fresh air and surrounded by other Mums and babies rather than being cooped up in a gym. I really felt like I had a good workout and Matthew enjoyed it too, he could lie on the grass next to me and enjoy being in the park, gazing at the trees (and seeing his mum sweat!). I would highly recommend it to any new Mum!
