Jeannie Finch trained me throughout my pregnancy. We met once a week and I went back to the gym two to three times more to practice the exercises we had been doing together. I hugely enjoyed our sessions. Jeannie adapted the exercises to the different stages of my pregnancy, and to how I was feeling for the day. When I had back pain she specialized on strengthening that area.

Seeing Jeannie once a week, inspired me to keep up exercising until the very last week of my pregnancy. I had a swift delivery without any complications, which I think had to do with my body having been physically prepared for the event. I also lost weight in a healthy steady pace, now weighting less than when I fell pregnant.

Jeannie is very professional and knowledgeable. She was always aware of my limits, encouraged me to keep going but always reminding me not to push too far. I also attended some of her classes, where she adapted some of the exercises I could not do into something more suitable for pregnant women.

Jeannie has a very healthy relation to exercise and well-being, which I learned and profited from greatly. She is a positive and inspiring person that it is a pleasure to work with. Although our session were adopted to my condition, I learned a lot about how to use the different tools and machines in a gym correctly; how to keep my posture; how to work specific muscle groups, etc. I would definitely recommend Jeannie to anyone who likes to exercise with a good private trainer.

I have found her to be meticulous in her training methods. She has a wide variety of skills from pilates, dietary advice, regimes for toning and weight lose to name a few. Most of all is her great personality; she is always cheerful and friendly. I always leave feeling a great deal happier and healthier after a session with her.
